leverage integral talent. About This Role: We are seeking a Finance
Analyst with first-hand experience building eCommerce financial
models from scratch. This is not a maintenance role. You will
architect, refine, and pressure-test financial models that directly
inform founder-level decision-making. You must understand how
eCommerce businesses actually work — from ad spend and CAC to AOV,
CVR, fulfillment costs, and contribution margins — and be
comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. This




role requires independent thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the
confidence to challenge assumptions when needed. Key
Responsibilities: Build full 3-statement financial models from
scratch for eCommerce and CPG businesses Incorporate marketing
metrics such as CAC, CVR, traffic, AOV, and ad spend into revenue
forecasting Model cost structures, including COGS, fulfillment,
shipping, and operational expenses Develop dynamic cash flow
forecasts and scenario planning models Conduct unit economics and
contribution margin analysis Translate complex financial data into
clear, actionable insights for founders Participate in strategic
discussions and challenge assumptions when appropriate Support
integration of financial models into BI tools or data visualization
platforms Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
