Responsibilities

Manage technology implementation projects
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Develop project plans, timelines, and track deliverables
Document processes, workflows, and key decisions
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support go-live phases
Generate executive reports for clients
Analyze operational and financial data
Participate in projects related to UCaaS and CCaaS

Requirements

Advanced English (spoken and written)




Experience in project management
Experience in business analysis
Excellent documentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience working with clients

Experience in the following is a plus:
