The adecuado candidate will serve as DAYCO’s Quality focal point for all matters related to Suppliers, Customers, and the Quality Management System within the OE business, while providing quality support to the Aftermarket business.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer claims related to assembly and warranty issues (OEM, OES), while also acting as the focal point for customer communication, portals, and external audits.
Implement, maintain, audit, and update the DAYCO Argentina Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with corporate and customer-specific requirements.
Support the production process in problem-solving activities and actively participate in cross-functional initiatives such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Contingency Plan, etc.




Plan and conduct audits of strategic suppliers based on IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements, keeping the Supplier Portal updated with non-conformities and audit results.
Prepare, monitor, and update quality reports and KPIs, as well as Customer Quality Scorecards and Alerts on corporate portals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of quality management standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Project management experience is preferred.
