It'll come from a leader who can look at the data, identify the right opportunities, and build a targeted strategy that unlocks disproportionate growth in users, revenue, and product adoption. That's what this role is. You'd own the full P&L; for Argentina: user growth, ARR, product localization, brand, content, community, partnerships, and team.
