own the top of the funnel, engage fast-moving ecommerce brands, and
help fuel a high-growth Amazon-focused agency. This role is built

Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Follow up with inbound leads
within 15–30 minutes via phone and SMS Run outbound outreach
campaigns through email and LinkedIn Qualify prospects based on
revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service fit Book discovery calls




for the sales team using provided workflows and templates Keep CRM
activity fully updated and organized at all times Track outreach
performance and hit weekly KPIs Share daily progress updates
including replies, contacts reached, and meetings booked Your
Toolbox: Skills to be Successful 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound
sales experience with measurable results Strong written and verbal
English communication skills Comfortable speaking with business
owners across US-facing markets CRM experience (GoHighLevel,
HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Highly organized with strong
self-management skills Resilient mindset and confidence handling
high-volume outreach Applicants based in Latin America or
