Latin America. If you have a knack for sourcing, love working in a
fast-paced environment, and speak both Spanish (Native) and English
(B2+), we want to meet you Agentify has been serving clients since
2014 in the sale of products related to physical wellbeing and
improving people’s quality of life, and is currently seeking a
Sourcer to assist with the expansion of our operations. We are
looking for a professional who can work in line with the
requirements of the company’s Recruitment Department, thereby
helping to achieve our business objectives. The role will receive
full guidance and support from the Team Lead Recruiter, recruiters
and colleagues in the department, with whom you will work to ensure
tasks are managed effectively. The Mission Your goal is to provide

create a high-quality experience for candidates and work closely
with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve our strategic growth




targets. What You’ll Do Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute
search strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and
advanced tools like Boolean Search and X-Ray. Candidate Engagement:
Conduct initial screenings and in-depth assessments of both hard
and soft skills. Collaboration: Partner with Leaders and Hiring
Managers to define role profiles and refine search criteria. Data
Management: Maintain a clean and organised candidate database in
our ATS (e.g., Team Tailor, Manatal, Hurma, Greenhouse) and provide
daily and weekly reports on recruitment metrics. Employer Branding:
Act as an ambassador for our brand, "selling" the role and the
company to potential candidates. What We’re Looking For Experience:
1-2 years in recruitment or sourcing (experience in mass hiring is
a big plus). Languages: Native Spanish and at least B2 level
English. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS systems and
