We’re looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-growing team at the center of the creator economy and music marketing . This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves working with creators and clients, and wants to grow alongside a business where influencer campaigns are the heart of revenue. Schedule & Time Commitment Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Fully aligned with U.S. Pacific Time , including Daylight Savings Time shifts (March & November) Flexibility to work slightly beyond scheduled hours when campaigns, creators, or launches require it What You’ll Do Manage influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat , primarily within music and entertainment . Work directly with music labels, artists, brands, and agency partners to execute campaigns from brief to posting. Act as the key connector between: Clients (setting expectations, timelines,



and goals) Creators (negotiating deliverables, budgets, and execution) Source, pitch, and book creators from a large network (both managed and non-exclusive). Translate client goals into clear, concise, creator-friendly briefs . Coordinate the full execution process: Creator outreach and booking Brief delivery Draft review and approvals Posting and live tracking Handle fast pivots confidently, including creator swaps, last-minute changes, and urgent requests . Track campaign performance daily and report key metrics internally and to clients. Manage payment coordination to ensure accurate and timely payouts. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, clients, and partners. Stay ahead of platform trends and creator culture to improve future campaigns.
