Metta Dealers helps U.S. car dealerships generate qualified leads, showroom traffic, and vehicle sales through performance marketing.

We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Paid Media Buyer who is exceptional with Meta Ads and experienced in generating leads for U.S. businesses.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns across multiple dealership accounts
• Develop and test creative angles, offers, audiences, and campaign strategies
• Diagnose performance across the full customer journey, from ad and landing page through lead quality, appointments, and sales
• Build and optimize Google Search campaigns when needed
• Identify performance problems and proactively implement solutions

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience within a digital advertising agency environment managing 15+ ad accounts simultaneously.
• Recent marketing experience in the U.S market, preferably in automotive, home services, real estate, finance, or other local lead generation industries
• Working knowledge of Google Search, including keywords,



search terms, negatives, bidding, and optimization
• Strong understanding of funnels, customer journey, conversion tracking, and CRM data
• C1-C2 English level
(GoHighLevel and automotive experience are strong advantages).

Opportunity & Schedule
You’ll have real ownership over campaign strategy, creative testing, funnels, and performance rather than simply launching ads and reporting metrics.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,500 USD / MONTH
