About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s ongoing marketing operations. This is a hybrid role combining marketing execution, operational coordination, and administrative support.

The idóneo candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working across paid ads, CRM systems, SEO tools, and vendor coordination. This role requires judgment, accountability, and the ability to independently execute while collaborating with external agencies.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinate and manage vendors, marketing agencies, and third-party service providers.

- Support and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta to ensure ROI-positive performance.

- Implement and standardize updates across marketing, social media, and digital platforms.

- Manage SEO implementation and content updates within WordPress.

- Manage CRM workflows, including lead routing,



follow-ups, and basic reporting.

- Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and campaign performance with minimal supervision.

- Support professional communication with vendors, lenders, and government entities.

- Assist with documentation, reporting, and tracking using Word, Excel, and internal tools.

- Support lead generation activities tied directly to vehicle inventory.

Who are we looking for?

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar execution-focused role.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta platforms, and CRM systems.

- Solid SEO knowledge, especially within WordPress environments.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Comfortable using AI tools to support marketing and operational workflows.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 10am - 7pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1600 per month
