Impacto Talent is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing North American manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED lighting, sold through a distributor network across the continent.

You'll be the operational backbone of their lighting projects: coordinating timelines, documentation and stakeholders from kickoff to delivery, working closely with distributors, clients, engineering and production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and workflows
- Act as the main point of contact for distributors, clients and internal teams
- Prepare lighting coordination documents, submittals and RFIs for client and engineer approval
- Generate, process and manage purchase orders




- Track manufacturing and delivery schedules to keep projects on time
- Support the sales team with product specs and pricing, and monitor inventory for custom or large orders

Requisitos:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2-5 years in project coordination (lighting, construction or manufacturing preferred)
- Advanced English, written and spoken; French is a plus
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, multitasking and communication skills
- Proactive, analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments
