Responsibilities
- Implementation of the measures determined by the legislation in force on AML/CTF and the internal rules of the Company in the relevant field;
- Conducting regular training and periodically instructing the Company’s employees on AML/CTF;
- Responding to inquiries sent by the company’s partners (investment companies, commercial and custodian banks) on AML/CTF;
- Preparation of proposals for improvement of the Company’s activities on AML/CTF;
- Legal obligations in contracts concluded with customers, partners, and suppliers of the company;




- Responding to inquiries and questions related to the legal aspects of the company’s activities;
- Conducting research on the compliance of new investment products and services with the applicable legislation.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s education in the field of law;
- Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the field of finance, at least 1 year of work experience in the field of compliance;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel;
- Communication skills;
- Certifications in the field of compliance;
- English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent), and Russian (desirable).
