Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Florida Litigation & Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to support a busy U.S. law firm. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing litigation matters and real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Florida litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations to support attorneys in active litigation matters
- Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting, organizing, reviewing, and tracking discovery requests, responses, and production deadlines
- Review medical records,



contracts, financial records, and other evidence to identify key facts and missing documentation
- Draft and review real estate contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, and other transactional documents
- Organize exhibits, evidence, and supporting documentation for litigation
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Florida Litigation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in Florida Real Estate Transactional Law is required
- Strong experience handling discovery, legal research, and litigation case management
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Experience with title work, real estate contracts, and real estate closings
- Knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-filing, and litigation deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detai
