WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will lead the delivery and implementation of key HR initiatives for South America, Mexico and Costa Rica, including employee relations, engagement, leadership development, talent and performance management, payroll and benefits administration, and broad-based people strategies. You will achieve this through a direct and consultative partnership with both the HR corporate team and local leadership. As Regional HR Manager,



you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, improving retention, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s core values and processes. You will drive service excellence and continuous improvement by balancing innovation with effective execution, managing multiple priorities, and analyzing complex data to optimize outcomes. Additionally, you will foster cross-functional relationships, ensure compliance, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs while upholding ethical standards.
