Responsibilities
- Handling administrative coordination for HCP engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support, HCP tiering, and Conflict of Interest documentation completeness checks
- Working with internal teams to confirm timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of HCPs, escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement
- Supporting client onboarding processes within the healthcare sector
- Handling confidential information with care and professionalism
- Engaging in active listening to understand client needs
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity to enhance understanding of risk and compliance frameworks




- Participating in client support activities to address and resolve inquiries
- Utilizing teamwork skills to contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Validating that all engagement documentation adheres to industry standards and regulations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
- Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/HCP engagement systems
- Understanding of fair market value tiering, COI management, license verification, and debarment/exclusion screening processes
- Oral and written proficiency in English
