Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing stressful situations with creative individuals while accomplishing the task.
Experience in label and artist management, label product management, artist relations, artist marketing, with specific focus in the Latin market and all music genres available in the region.
ability to act quickly and effectively to cultivate artist / label satisfaction with our engagement while creating a meaningful relationship for all YouTube, labels and the artists.
Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous artist and label activities.
