This is an opportunity to join Oliver's embedded studio with Dove, one of the world’s most recognised and purposeful beauty brands, as the Creative Director, shaping the social‑first creative output that reaches millions of people every day.

Dove has been challenging beauty norms for decades. The work here matters, and it shows up where people actually live: in their feeds, their stories, their For You pages.

Based in the UK and working on a hybrid basis, you’ll lead the creative direction for Dove’s social channels, guiding a talented team to produce work that is visually distinctive, culturally relevant, and unmistakably Dove.

Your ability to translate brand purpose into thumb‑stopping content will set the standard for how Dove shows up socially, ensuring every post, reel, and short‑form video earns its place in culture.

THE ROLE

You will be the creative lead for the local Dove social studio,



accountable for the quality, speed, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day output. You will guide teams from brief to delivery, shaping ideas, strengthening craft, and keeping work aligned to Dove’s global brand voice while making it culturally and contextually right for your market.

Working closely with the Global Social ECD, local marketing teams, strategy, account leadership, and producers, you will build a confident creative rhythm across planning, production, approvals, and optimisation. Success means consistently high‑quality work, strong stakeholder trust, and a studio team that delivers sustainably.
