Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Portfolio/Program/Project Management areas (Portfolio Manger, Program Manager) in multidisciplinary projects including embedded and enterprise areas.
- Experience in technology, process management, managing quality and costs for programs and projects (e.g. cost, quality, schedule, performance), financial reporting, analysis, and planning during the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in escalation management in integral, complex programs including especially in fixed price engagements.
- Proven experience implementing program management/quality process improvements and tools to effectively manage programs/project quality aspects.
- Proven experience implementing project management/financial process improvements and tools to effectively manage project costs.
- Must have proven experience managing multiple programs and project areas including quality, financials, priorities, and tasks across multiple projects and teams – while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Keen attention to details.




- Documented experience in:
- Establishing, maintaining, and tracking project budgets and overall cost control.
- Establishing resource plans and translating resource plans into financial forecasts.
- Preparing detailed monthly project forecasts, managing project forecast processes, and conducting project review meetings.
- Presenting financials to leadership including executive leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills; with the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership.
- Strong partnering, influencing, and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, active listening, and communication; high attention to detail; demonstrated ability to influence partners and key business decisions.
- Experience with legal documents, purchase orders, statements of works, etc.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the overall project exec
