B2B Travel Sales Agent – International Tourism Sector

Are you a commercial hunter with strong experience in the tourism industry and a passion for general markets? This opportunity is for you! ?

We are looking for a B2B sales professional within the tourism sector, focused on LATAM and English‑speaking markets, to develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and position our tourism products internationally.

? Responsibilities

✔️ Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for LATAM and English-speaking markets.

✔️ Conduct cold calls, qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.

✔️ Represent the brand at international travel fairs, trade shows, and industry events ?

✔️ Manage and strengthen relationships with travel agencies, consortia, DMCs, wholesalers, retailers, and OTAs.

✔️ Use CRM tools for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, reporting, and KPIs ?

✔️ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the commercial offering.

? Requirements & Experience





? Experience:

Minimum 1–6 years in B2B sales within the tourism industry.

Background in companies such as Hotelbeds, Catai, Julia Tours, Viajes El Corte Inglés, Travel Leaders, or similar.

? Languages:

English B2 or higher (professional and fluent).

?️ Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of U.S. travel circuits.

Familiarity or network with ATA, ASTA, Travel Leaders, Virtuoso, etc.

Active network with DMCs, inbound operators, wholesalers, retailers, OTAs, and global platforms.

? Tech Skills:

Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).

Ability to create reports, KPI tracking, and productivity analysis.

? Key Personal Skills

✨ Charisma, strong commercial judgment, and excellent communication.

✨ Experience representing brands at international trade fairs and strategic negotiations.
