What You’ll Be Doing

- Greet and check in patients like the MVP you are
- Help new patients with paperwork and get them set up in our system
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep our day running smooth
- Confirm visits, send reminders, and handle follow-ups with ease
- Keep records tidy and up to date (simple to do with an easy to navigate web based browser platform)
- Support the team with day-to-day office needs (you’re that dependable)

What You Bring

- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- A high school diploma or GED
- Medical office or scheduling experience? That’s a big plus
- Awesome customer service skills and a smile that makes people feel welcome
- Fast learner with the ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment




- Team player with strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic office tech
