RESPONSABILIDADES
- Deliver prompt and professional service for customers inquires via phone and email, with the appropriate use of the internal systems;
- Take ownership of customer issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary;
- Evaluate and prioritize customer inquiries to better serve the customers;
- Address customers in a professional and respectful manner;
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain relationships with other internal departments.

Experiencia previa en el rubro y/o estudiante de una carrera en COMEX
Idioma inglés avanzado
