ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Some responsibilities will be

Lead live customer onboarding and training sessions via Zoom or Google Meet, understanding workflows and configuring the system in real time.
Configure and customize Connecteam to meet customer requirements, including scheduling, attendance, PTO, payroll policies, forms, permissions, and roles.
Build and implement schedules, templates, rules, forms, and policies to support customer operations.
Import, migrate, and manage employee and scheduling data using Excel CSV while ensuring data accuracy.
Perform quality assurance checks, identify setup issues before golive, and ensure accounts are fully operational.
Advise customers on best practices to drive successful adoption and longterm platform usage.
Document configurations, action items, and collaborate with Customer Success and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and onboarding success.

What hard skills do we need

1 year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation,



professional services, technical support, or backoffice configuration required
Strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
Native or nearnative English level with excellent presentation and communication Confidence working directly with customers often nontechnical frontline managers
Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps
Comfortable working US hours CST EST time zonerequired for live calls
Previous experience with SaaS configuration, operations, or backoffice supportbig plus
