Job Description

The Sales Engineer Sr Manager will be an integral part of our growing Visa
Acceptance Solutions group.

This person will lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Visa
Acceptance Solutions to merchants and acquirers in the Southern Cone Region. As
well, SE will identify, develop, and manage the integration of technology
partners. This person will support the sales and business teams by providing
in-depth technical knowledge and consultancy of merchant & acquirer payment




processes as well as how to implement Visa Acceptance Solutions including
CyberSource platforms, Connectivity, Risk and Network Products. The SE Manager
will also provide key input for product roadmap and enhancements with general and
regional product teams.

Finally, this position will have responsibility to cover all clients and
prospects in the Southern Cone Region and will include interacting directly with
new & existing customers, business & technology partners, and multi-functional
Visa internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

* Lead Technical Presales and Support functions for Visa Acceptance Platform in
the Designated region.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of multiple Visa Merchant Digital products through
research and testing to act as Visa Subject Matter Expert and drive client
engagement.
