Project Brief
OneSeven Tech is scaling its recruiting engine to keep pace with a growing portfolio of AI transformation engagements across healthcare, real estate, legal, and private equity clients. We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for senior technical contractor roles — from sourcing through client presentation — across our Managed Teams and Staff Augmentation lines. You'll build and run the pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, technical screening, assessment management, and stakeholder communication, working closely with technical leads and leadership on every active role.

Must-Haves
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within a consultancy, staff augmentation firm, or digital agency
- Fluent English (near-native, C1+) — you'll run English-language screens and assess candidate English proficiency as a hard filter
- Proven experience recruiting for senior engineering roles (backend, AI/ML, full-stack, DevOps, architecture, C-suit roles)



— able to read a JD and know what seniority and technical skills actually looks like on a resume
- Hands-on experience managing a recruiting pipeline in a CRM/database tool (Airtable, GoHire, Greenhouse, or similar) — this role is Airtable-first
- Experience building or running technical assessments (Coderbyte or similar platforms) and interpreting results alongside a technical stakeholder
- Comfortable owning candidate integrity screening — spotting fake profiles, JD-mirrored CVs, and Coderbyte cheating patterns
- Available to work in fixed hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST time

Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting specifically for AI/ML, LLM, or MCP-related engineering roles
- Experience designing screening guides or interview scorecards from scratch
- Background sourcing candidates who will be embedded directly with US clients (not just internal hires)
- Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) to accelerate day-to-day recruiting tasks — screening, scoring, outre
