About the role
Kingbee is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our fast-growing team in Buenos Aires. You’ll be a key part of our customer-facing operations, delivering outstanding service and helping us build long-lasting relationships with our users.

What you’ll do:
Provide exceptional support to customers across email, live chat, and support tickets.
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to timely, effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Fleet) to resolve complex cases and improve internal processes.
Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute insights to enhance service quality.
Help strengthen Kingbee’s reputation for reliability and excellence every day.

What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Empathy, patience,



and a customer-first mindset aligned with Kingbee’s values.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with customer support platforms is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech support roles is preferred.
