About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior QA Lead to own quality across our AI automation platform — not just reporting bugs, but strategically ensuring that our system is resilient, performant,



and production-ready at all times.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will be in charge of defining a holistic approach to quality that goes beyond functional correctness, establish and expand automation to cover reliability, performance, and regression scenarios, and partner with engineering, product, and leadership to make quality an integral part of how we ship software — fast, but safely.
Responsibilities
- Define a comprehensive QA strategy focused on reliability, scalability, and performance. Set quality metrics and lead continuous improvement.
- Design and run tests that validate system uptime, load handling, latency, and degradation under stress — ensuring the platform is ready for scale.
- Build and evolve automation frameworks to cover regression, integration, and performance testing, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
