Role Summary

We are hiring an
Influencer Marketing Specialist
to own the day-to-day execution of influencer partnerships and creator campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand.

This is
not
a general marketing or executive assistant position. We are specifically looking for someone whose primary professional experience has been in
influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator management, or talent management
, with hands-on ownership of campaigns from creator outreach through reporting.

You will manage creator relationships, coordinate campaign execution, track performance, and help scale influencer programs that drive measurable business results.

The adecuado candidate has worked directly with creators on a daily basis, understands influencer campaign operations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

$2,000–$2,200 USD per month

Key Responsibilities
- Own influencer campaigns from creator outreach through campaign completion
- Source, evaluate, negotiate with,



and onboard creators aligned with campaign goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator partners
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules
- Monitor creator communication and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Track campaign KPIs including content delivery, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign documentation, and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships
- Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator best practices

Requirements
- Resume in English.
