We are seeking a
Specialized Recruitment Consultant
to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized and hard-to-fill positions. The idóneo candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to identify top talent in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about market trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
✅ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
✅ Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Staffing, RPO, or agency recruiting environments.
- Experience recruiting for specialized or niche positions.
- Advanced English proficiency.
