We’re looking for a 100% bilingual (English/Spanish) Video Editor to join our team on a freelance basis.

You’ll be editing short-form content for social media, founder content, interviews, product demos, screen recordings, and educational videos. We move fast, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Turn screen recordings into engaging, easy-to-follow content.
- Edit interview clips into compelling social-first videos.
- Create strong hooks, pacing, captions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Deliver polished edits quickly while incorporating feedback.

Requirements
- 100% bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Strong understanding of short-form social media content.




- Excellent instincts for hooks, pacing, and retention.
- Comfortable editing screen recordings and interview-based content.
- Fast communicator who responds quickly and takes creative direction well.
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Nice to Have
- Experience with After Effects.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience working with startups or content creators.
