Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage cases from intake through settlement for a U.S. law firm. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys while keeping cases moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients
- Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, liens, and other case documents
- Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with providers and insurance companies
- Prepare and organize documentation for demand packages




- Track case deadlines and maintain accurate case notes in the case management system
- Provide regular case updates and escalate legal issues to attorneys when necessary

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager at a U.S. law firm
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle
- Experience working with medical records, billing, liens, and insurance claims
- Proficiency with case management software (Filevine, Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Needles, or similar)
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple cases
