The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with client-facing communication and has 2+ years of sales experience and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Pipeline & Transaction Management
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with borrowers to collect outstanding documentation and satisfy conditions.
- Monitor loan pipelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Provide timely updates to Loan Officers regarding file status and borrower activity.
- Upload, organize, and maintain loan documentation within Encompass and other company systems.
- Assist with general loan administration and file management throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital records and client documentation.

Lead Management & Client Communication
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking and tim
