to join our recruiting team and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. As a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you will help ensure recruiting operations run smoothly while reinforcing a high standard of professionalism and service.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (simple to complex, including virtual) across multiple stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to resolve scheduling challenges and process-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Perform audits to ensure data integrity and process compliance
- Support background checks, drug testing, and candidate assessments as needed
- Provide timely, professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding individuals through each stage of the process
- Support recruiting team operations, including reporting, career fair preparation, and special projects
- Anticipate obstacles and proactively identify solutions to keep processes moving efficiently
