AstroPay is looking for a young, proactive person with a strong drive to grow, to become the dedicated, personalized point of contact for a portfolio of VIP users. This is not a support role: it's a commercial, relationship-driven, results-oriented position.

The VIP Account Manager will own the day-to-day relationship with their portfolio, anticipate each user's needs, sell new features and products, organize exclusive events and experiences, and coordinate with the Commercial, Support, and Product teams to deliver the best possible solution.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow fast: you take on real ownership from day one, operate with genuine autonomy, and the portfolio's results are in your hands.

Experience And Expertise
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, high-value customer care, or sales.
- Genuine drive to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility.
- Availability and schedule flexibility to support users as needed (including weekend shifts).
- Intermediate/advanced English.



Day-to-day is in Spanish; English is used for internal communication.

Relationship Management:
- Be the single, dedicated point of contact for your portfolio of VIP users, managing the relationship day to day.
- Deliver a premium experience: proactive outreach, close follow-up, and fast resolution of queries and needs.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships — not scripted interactions.

Portfolio Growth & Retention:
- Retain, recover, and grow your assigned portfolio, with clear targets and ownership of the results.
- Detect improvement and growth opportunities within the portfolio, before the user has to ask.
- Bring personalized benefits and offers to each user, at the right moment.

Commercial Development
- Sell new features and products to your portfolio, identifying the right moment for each user.
