We're Xavi Recio (In) and Arnau Ramió (In), the founders of Learning Heroes.

Let us tell you how we got started.
Picture a couple of mavericks who got fed up with the same old rigid education system. We realized that truly teaching people means giving each person the power to create, grow, and reinvent themselves without depending on anyone else. So we stepped up to rewrite the rules of traditional education.
Today we've become the university center that looks least like a university center, establishing ourselves as the largest Spanish-speaking community in the world for disruptive technologies, with over 1,000,000 students across nearly 40 countries. Our mission is clear: to empower people through transformative learning experiences.




Learning Heroes is growing. And to crush our upcoming launches, we're looking for a sales beast — a Launch Closer who doesn't believe in limits and wants to own the market.
What would your role be?
Your mission is simple: Turn hot leads into enrollments. You are the last link in our value chain — the one who seals the deal. You won't be "attending to customers"; you'll be leading high-level conversations to close sales on programs that change lives. You'll own the entire closing process: from the moment a lead enters the launch funnel to the moment they become a hero in our community.
Requirements
We're not looking for someone who waits for the phone to ring. We're looking for a motivated go-getter with 4 critical skills:
Closing instinct and hunger for commissions: You know your success depends on your ability to persuade. You understand what hunger means and you have thick enough skin to handle complex
