About the Role

What you'll own:
- LinkedIn Recruiter mastery — build precision Boolean strings, work Spotlights and Recommended Matches, manage InMail quotas strategically, and keep project pipelines clean and action-ready at all times.
- JuiceBox as a daily weapon — use AI-powered candidate discovery to surface high-fit profiles quickly, enrich contact data, and accelerate outreach beyond what LinkedIn alone can do.
- Proactive multi-channel outreach — don't wait for replies. Follow up with purpose, vary your touchpoints, and keep candidates engaged from first contact to offer.
- Speed without sacrificing quality — move open reqs forward every single day. Surface qualified candidates fast, flag blockers immediately, and escalate when needed. Roles don't sit idle on your watch.
- Pipeline accountability — own your numbers.



Track outreach response rates, submission-to-interview ratios, and time-to-fill. Know your data and use it to improve.

Responsibilities
- Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter seat experience
- JuiceBox experience (or equivalent AI sourcing tool)
- Advanced / fluent English (C1+)
- Demonstrated proactive sourcing habits
- Urgency-driven work style — follows up, doesn't wait
- 3+ years full-cycle or sourcing-focused recruiting
- Strong Preferred Experience recruiting for US or integral companies
- Boolean search power user
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Tech, fintech, or startup recruiting background
- Multi-channel outreach strategy experience
