Position Overview

The Principal Full Stack Developer is the most senior technical resource on the Digital Technologies team at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

This individual divides their time approximately equally between defining technical direction and hands-on software development. They are the technical authority for the team — setting architecture standards, guiding engineering decisions, and owning the quality of the platform — while remaining deeply embedded in the codebase.

This is not a people management role; the Principal leads informally through expertise and judgment. The adecuado candidate has extensive full stack experience, strong architectural instincts, and the ability to thrive in a lean, high-ownership environment.
