What you’ll own

The Financial Partnerships team manages Worldpay’s relationship with critical financial service providers. These providers include companies such as Sponsor Banks, Settlement Banks, PSPs, and other financial institutions who provide services to Worldpay as part of its global payment platforms and solutions. As a money movement business, Worldpay’s relationship with these financial service providers is extremely critical to our overall value proposition and ability to deliver services to clients at scale and without disruption.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of card issuers that we seek to establish data sharing arrangements with.



You will own the overall relationship with each partner and ensure that the strategies of Worldpay and the partner are aligned to drive mutual benefits of authorization rate improvements, reduced fraud, improved cardholder experience, and retained interchange for the issuer.
- Own day-to-day relationship with key card issuers
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Worldpay authorization rate performance at the card issuers and any improvements derived from our data sharing arrangements
- Lead negotiations on contracts when up for renewal and/or adding new products, services, geographies, etc.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., network partnerships, legal, data privacy, implementations, authorization management performance, etc.) to share data with card issuers
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with potential new card issuers
