Hours: 9am – 5pm EST

Reporting To: Head of Operations & Growth

Compensation: $3,000 CAD/month + Placement Bonuses

On Target Earnings: Starting at $4,000 CAD+/month

Construction Sales Talent and Adams Limitless are boutique recruitment firms specializing in placing high-performing professionals within construction, manufacturing, safety, and industrial organizations across North America.

We are a focused, performance-driven team that believes recruitment should be structured, strategic, and measurable.

This role plays a critical part in building strong candidate pipelines and delivering high-quality talent to our clients.

About the Company

You will support recruiting across two brands:

Construction Sales Talent (CST)

Focused on recruiting B2B construction sales professionals and sales leadership roles across North America.

Adams Limitless (AL)

Focused on executive and leadership recruitment within construction and manufacturing organizations.

Typical searches include

- B2B Sales & Sales Leadership
- Operations Leadership
- Marketing & Growth Roles
- Engineering & Technical Positions

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Experience

- Minimum 2+ years agency recruiting experience
- Experience placing B2B sales or technical roles preferred





Hard Skills

- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, database mining)
- Comfortable using recruiting technology and AI tools
- Organized and disciplined with ATS systems

Soft Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication
- High accountability and ownership mindset
- Detail oriented and organized
- Coachable and growth minded

Compensation

Base Compensation: $3,000 CAD/month

Placement Bonus: $500 CAD per successful placement

Typical On‑Target Earnings start around $4,000 CAD/month depending on performance.
