ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Semi Senior Recruiter to join the Ghost Sherpa team — someone ready to collaborate in our recruitment processes, supporting sourcing, screening, and candidate management with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring.
- Advanced / bilingual English (spoken and written) — required.
- Experience with ATS management (Manatal is a plus).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
- Experience recruiting Marketing and creative profiles.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile
