What You'll Do

- Complete nutrition assessments and care plans
- Monitor residents' nutritional status and weightchanges
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care conferences, QAPI,



and quality improvement activities
- Support food service operations and regulatory compliance
- Educate dietary staff through monthly in-services

Qualifications

- Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Title 22 and CMS regulations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
