Position Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Latin America. In this role, you will design, build,



and optimize scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms to support our customers' analytics and reporting needs. You will work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams on multiple high-impact initiatives.
This position requires working during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours. You will also participate in a shared on-call rotation outside of business hours and respond to high-priority incidents when required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, build, automate, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines
Develop and maintain dbt models, data transformations, and ETL/ELT workflows
Design and implement dimensional data models using Kimball methodology, star schema, and modern data warehousing best practices
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows
Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance to ensure scalability and efficiency
Monitor data pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, an
