As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our software development

projects to success. You will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, guiding

them through complex technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality code is delivered

consistently and on schedule. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to

excellence will directly impact the development and implementation of critical software

applications and systems.

Responsibilities

● Partner with the Leadership team to define and implement a program to support team

values and culture in a integral team of different countries and cultures.

● Support and shape our remote culture to ensure strong productivity and teamwork as our

fully distributed team continues to grow

● Assist in driving our recruiting and hiring processes including interviewing, offers and

compensation analysis

● Help structure internal feedback and performance reviews,



and provide coaching as

people advance in their career

● Collaborate with other team members to ensure our people operations programs,

processes, structure, and systems align with our business goals and manage risk

appropriately

● Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

● Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

● Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to

standard.

● Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

● Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss

improvements.

● Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

● Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

● Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their

concerns.
