The Operations Assistant supports the effective delivery of ICT, administrative,



and premises management services within UNICEF Argentina Country Office. By providing technical assistance, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring the reliability of office systems and infrastructure, the incumbent contributes to business continuity, operational excellence, and an enabling work environment that supports the achievement of UNICEF programme objective.

Key Functions, Accountabilities And Related Duties/tasks
- ICT General / Office Support Provide first-level support including logging and processing service requests Maintain physical and logical ICT infrastructure security Support events with ICT and audiovisual equipment Provide hardware and software support to users Assist in ICT initiatives implementation Maintain inventories and documentation Install, configure and maintain ICT systems.
