About Catalyst Precision

Catalyst Precision is a concierge precision-medicine practice built around a simple idea: deeply personalized, data-driven care delivered with a level of attention most healthcare can't offer. We work with a select group of members on long-term health optimization, and every touchpoint,



from a prospective member's first intro call to their quarterly reviews years in, is designed to feel exceptional. We're growing thoughtfully, and we're looking for someone to own the experience of being a Catalyst member end to end.

The Role

This is a full-time, high-trust, member-facing role for someone who's equally comfortable closing a prospective member, walking a new one through onboarding, and staying warmly present in their lives quarter after quarter. You'll work directly with Dr. Spiro and own three connected pillars:

1. Intake Coordination

You'll run the top of the membership funnel: shepherding prospective members through the intake pipeline, managing inbound interest, coordinating and prepping their intake call with Dr. Spiro, and owning the follow-up to convert them into members. You'll be the reason a strong lead doesn't fall through the cracks, and the voice they hear when deciding whether Catalyst is right for them.
