How you'll make an impact




- Provide 1st level technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Manage and coordinate incidents through ITSM tools, including proper documentation and tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and systems to ensure stability and performance.
- Deliver remote support to end users, resolving system and application-related queries.
- Configure applications and support testing activities to ensure smooth deployments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.
