Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Greater Buenos Aires. The Reporter will identify, research, and develop news stories, conducting interviews, gathering information from diverse sources, and verifying facts before publication. This role involves writing clear, accurate, and engaging news content for digital and print platforms, collaborating with editors and multimedia teams to shape story angles and formats. The Reporter will attend events, press conferences, and community meetings, providing timely coverage and updates while meeting strict deadlines. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring local and regional news trends, maintaining professional relationships with sources, and adhering to ethical and editorial standards.

Qualifications
- Strong reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to produce accurate, balanced, and timely stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



including the ability to interview effectively and explain complex topics clearly.
- Proficiency in writing for different formats and platforms, with attention to structure, clarity, and audience needs.
- Experience with multimedia tools and platforms, such as audio, video, and basic photo editing for digital storytelling.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of journalistic ethics, local news environment, and current events relevant to Greater Buenos Aires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with diverse communities.
