We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Consultec team. You are passionate about designing scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing technology solutions that align business needs with technical capabilities. You combine strong architectural expertise with a deep understanding of software development, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise systems, and you are comfortable working directly with clients and technical teams to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication, technical discussions, and collaboration with international teams and clients.

You Will
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business requirements, technical constraints, security standards, and scalability needs.
- Define architecture principles, technical standards, integration patterns, and development guidelines across projects.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.




- Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures using platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Define backend, frontend, data, integration, security, and infrastructure components required for each solution.
- Design and oversee REST APIs, gRPC services, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and architectural approaches based on project needs.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Technical Leads, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, Data teams, Product, and business stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution design discussions with clients.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, solution blueprints, and integration specifications.
