We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Consultec team. You are an organized, proactive, and results-driven professional with the ability to lead technology projects from planning through successful delivery. You are comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, identifying risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This is a remote position.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication, coordination, and collaboration with international teams and clients.

You Will
- Lead technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including Software Development, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, and other technical areas.




- Facilitate communication between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Lead project status meetings, steering committees, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates.
- Prepare and communicate project status reports, KPIs, risks, milestones, and executive summaries.
- Manage project backlogs and support prioritization of requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement when applicable.
