Description
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to own organic content and execute the founder-led social strategy for a fast-moving digital health startup. You will script, edit, and post short-form content primarily on Instagram, with the same content cross-posted to TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You will also manage community engagement in comments, run Meta ad experiments, and use AI tools as a core part of how you work every day.
This is an organic-first role. The primary focus is executing a consistent, high-quality content cadence that matches the tone of the brand and its community of adults aged 30 to 45 dealing with chronic health conditions. Content quality here is not about heavy production — it is about authenticity, consistency, and the kind of mature, trustworthy voice that resonates with people who have been let down by the healthcare system. If you are AI-native, data-driven, and have a demonstrated track record of growing organic social with real results, this role is a strong fit.

Founder-Led Organic Content
- Script, edit, and post founder-led short-form content on Instagram as the primary platform
