About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and proactive Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, project coordination, customer communication, and process improvement initiatives.
This is a dynamic operations role where you’ll help keep property management workflows organized while supporting one of the company’s self-storage facilities using Easy Storage Solutions. You’ll also assist with administrative coordination, reporting, documentation, and process optimization across the business.

What You’ll OwnExecutive & Administrative Support
Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, reminders, and administrative coordination.




Track deadlines, recurring responsibilities, project milestones, and outstanding action items.
Organize documents, reports, spreadsheets, emails, checklists, and internal communications.
Maintain accurate records across company systems.
Assist with administrative updates and record management within AppFolio.
Project Coordination & Process Improvement
Manage assigned projects from planning through completion.
Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, templates, checklists, and operational documentation.
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Recommend solutions that improve efficiency and organizational consistency.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, property owners, vendors, applicants, and internal teams.
Follow up on outstanding item
