The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Argentine Republic (MINCyT) and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) invite researchers and scientists to submit research proposals with an inter-American scope.

Theme of the call in bioeconomy
: technologies applied to agriculture.

Priority will be given, but not exclusively, to areas related to the development of biomaterials,



waste biorefineries, bioenergy, bio-inputs, and bio-enterprises.

Research groups from universities, research units and laboratories, public or private, linked to higher education establishments, research organizations or companies, may apply in cooperation with at least two identified counterparts from countries in the inter-American region, for the execution of joint projects that contribute to scientific exchange, knowledge management, capacity building, positioning of hemispheric scientific innovations, among others.

How to participate

Proposals must be submitted using the corresponding form to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation: National Directorate for the Promotion of Scientific Policy, to the email address [email protected] .

In addition, the form will have to be accompanied by an endorsement presented by the foreign Director(s) of the network and, in turn,
